Silk finish floor and wall tiles

How is the silk finish obtained? Before firing, a matte glaze is applied to the surface of porcelain stoneware. After heat treatment, this glaze is completely sintered with the surface of porcelain stoneware, resulting in a very pleasant to the touch finish that resembles silk. However, it does not have any glossy sheen. In terms of solving everyday issues, this is perhaps the ideal version of porcelain stoneware: easy to clean, resistant to chemicals, and hygienic.

At the moment, the silk finish is only available in the maxi format 120x278 in the Metropolis collection in Calacatta Gold color.
